Its flavor is strong and fresh. Serving Ideas Sage's strong, sharp, slightly camphorated flavor adds a pleasant taste to a variety of foods (ham and other meats, poultry, delicatessen dishes, marinades, stuffing, vegetables, omelets, soups, stews, cheese).
